Payment
- All hunts are booked on a first come, first serve basis. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- If applying for the draw and unsuccessful, 100% of your deposit will be returned promptly.
- We accept personal checks, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Balance is due at hunt commencement.
- Gratuities (15–20% of hunt price) are customary for guides, cooks, and wranglers.
- Deposits are refundable only if your spot is filled by another hunter.
Transportation
Ground transportation from Colorado Springs is provided. It takes approximately 90 minutes from Colorado Springs Airport or three hours from Denver International Airport (DIA).
Hunting Lodge Accommodations
Our restored mining camp lodge includes:
- Five bedrooms, parlor with player piano, and large dining room
- Wood and fire heat, solar lights, two full bathroom facilities
- Extra-long beds, porch overlooking streams, pond, and wildlife
- Slaughterhouse with concrete deck and stainless table for processing game
- Free Starlink internet and emergency medical radio on-site
Property
Our property covers:
- 2,200 acres of private land
- 1,200 acres of leased State Land Board property
- 25,000 acres of BLM land
- 10,000 acres of USFS land
Located in Game Management Unit 59. Operated under permits from the BLM and USDA Forest Service.
Food
Hearty meals provided daily. Please notify us of any special dietary needs. Wine and beer included at dinner. Liquor available upon request. No weapons permitted within eight hours of alcohol consumption.
Climate
Altitude ranges from 8,500’ to 10,500’. Temperatures vary from below zero to 60s. Snow and rain are possible at any time.

Standard hunts include a 1:2 guide-to-hunter ratio. Private guides are available for an additional fee. We strive to match guides to your skill level and goals.
